Yes, we offer payment plans on request.
We are UK-based, but we work with clients all over the world. We can write in UK English, US English, and Canadian English; just specify which you prefer when you get in touch.
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period starting the date you sign the contract. During this period, you will get a full refund, no questions asked. After that, we get to work. 50% of the package price is non-refundable once the 7-day cooling-off period has finished.
Once you are halfway to the deadline, 70% of the package will be non-refundable. At this point, we’ve done a lot of the hard work already. The maximum refund you can get at this point on is 30% of the package price. We will send you all of the completed work and will happily complete revisions to ensure you love it.
30% refund is also the maximum available refund for customers who are unhappy with the final product. We care about your business and want you to have copy and sales messaging that you are excited to share, so we will provide additional revisions if they are needed. We can’t offer more than a 30% refund because of the time spent on your copy and the sheer number of assets we have created for your business. Share your concerns with us so we can find a way that we can support you and help you get the most out of your copy.
